Will Longenecker is the Principal Recruiter at New Iron, an Austin-based staffing and recruiting firm focused on fit and technical excellence. With a background spanning management, recruiting, HR operations, and prefession development, Will brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to connecting great engineers with great opportunities.
Before joining New Iron, Will held roles at Applied Materials, Onward Search, and Adecco, and served as a Software Bootcamp Instructor at Austin Community College — giving him firsthand insight into what it takes to grow and thrive in the tech industry. He holds a B.A. from St. Edward's University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin.
