His current work explores how autonomous AI systems can safely participate in engineering workflows, with a particular focus on trust, observability, security boundaries, and human oversight. Drawing from both enterprise environments and startup experimentation, Ilia shares practical lessons on building systems that engineers can confidently rely on.
