 s fast\, and local decisions stay local. Strong communication happens beca
 use the system is still understandable.\n\nAs systems grow\, though\, feed
 back loops slow down\, integrations become harder to reason about\, and ch
 anges become expensive to reverse. Teams that once moved independently sud
 denly need standards\, platform constraints\, and coordination just to kee
 p things reliable. Communication starts breaking down\, long before the sy
 stems do.\n\nUsing examples from platform migrations\, this talk explores 
 why organizations drift between uncontrolled autonomy and excessive govern
 ance and how both can quietly reduce delivery effectiveness.\n\nYou’ll l
