Why you never should upgrade, instead create new infrastructure. The presentation are created in co-operation with my daughters
To have a fit infrastructure and treat everything as cattle instead of pets. So many outages are caused by upgrading and when you have upgraded you seldom have a way to downgrade if something goes wrong. Instead create new infrastructure and migrate or replicate to the new infrastructure, by that there is a way to fallback and you can easier test before going live.
Will give examples of major outages caused by upgrades
