Annie Mathew
Annie Mathew serves as the Director for Developer Productivity for the Asia region at Microsoft. In her current role, she leads a team of Global Black Belts and is responsible for driving the growth of Microsoft and GitHub developer tools and platforms in Asia.
Annie is a staunch advocate for creating an inclusive tech industry. She spearheads the “Code Without Barriers” program, which is dedicated to bridging the gender gap in cloud and AI. This initiative focuses on upskilling women within open-source communities and connecting them to
opportunities with Microsoft’s customers and partners. Annie’s career encompasses various roles in engineering, management, and board positions
across industries such as manufacturing, wireless, healthcare and software products.

• First woman president of HIMSS India, a global nonprofit in healthcare technology
• Recipient of accolades from the Chief Minister of Kerala for her exceptional contributions to
