Yossi is a Principal Engineer at Incredibuild, where he works on build acceleration and the unified cache layer behind Incredibuild's new GitHub Actions runners. He also founded islo.dev: persistent agentic sandboxes on real Linux VMs, positioned against ephemeral container-only platforms. Yossi spends most of his week talking to the engineering teams behind the world's heaviest C++/C#/Windows-app codebases (game studios, mYossi Eliaz is a Principal Engineer, AI Systems at Incredibuild/islo.dev, where he builds sandbox and snapshot infrastructure for CI runners and AI coding agents. He previously worked on container security at Twistlock, and has held research and engineering roles at Harvard Medical School, Mobileye, and NRGene. His talks focus on the unglamorous parts: caches, compile farms, snapshots, billing, the plumbing that decides whether SW 3.0 actually scales.
Session
A coding agent that can run code, install packages, and reach your network is a different kind of system. It needs its own computer: isolated, scoped, and checkpointed. This talk builds that runtime. We trace one task from prompt to patch, show where a plain container falls short, and build a safer execution plane on GitHub Copilot and Azure that you can use on Monday.
