For over 15 years, he has been designing and delivering IT solutions that support business growth. He specializes in applying artificial intelligence and AWS cloud technologies to e-commerce platforms and employee benefits systems.
As an AWS Community Builder and leader of the AWS User Group 3City, he actively shares knowledge and practical experience, demonstrating how modern technologies can be implemented in a simple and secure way, including in small and medium-sized businesses.
He has worked across both the commercial and public sectors, delivering projects for organizations such as the Ministry of National Defence and emergency services. He understands business challenges from the inside, including through his experience as a CTO responsible for implementing mission-critical IT systems.
Privately, he is passionate about board games and role-playing games where, much like in business, he often takes the role of Game Master, combining strategy, creativity, and teamwork.

Modern IT teams often resemble adventuring parties: people with different strengths, blind spots, and priorities trying to complete difficult quests under pressure. Many delivery problems come from poor tool selection, weak role alignment, and decisions that add complexity instead of reducing it.
In this talk, I use lessons from role-playing games to explore how technology choices influence team performance, delivery speed, and operational resilience. Why do some platforms become magical artifacts nobody understands? Why do organizations keep collecting new weapons while collaboration gets worse?
Using examples from DevOps and cloud environments, I will show how common failures emerge: overengineering, tool sprawl, hidden dependencies, hero culture, and unclear ownership, then turn those lessons into practical guidance for building healthier teams and simpler systems.
