DESCRIPTION:Argo Rollouts makes progressive delivery easy\, but cohort-bas
 ed canary requires shifting traffic gradually based on HTTP headers. Istio
 's default traffic management does not support weighted routing by header 
 out of the box\, so we built a custom traffic plugin to solve this gap. In

 tending Argo Rollouts with custom traffic and metrics plugins
