Seeing Through the Noise: Quality Is Imperfect
My job as a QA is about finding flaws and dealing with the mess. Lately, what I find wrong is how right everything looks, and how fake that feels. I miss the human mess: the message sent with an awkward typo, the "This sucks, fix it!!!" emotion in the bug reports, or a clumsy sentence from a colleague that sounds exactly like them and rings in your head as if they just said it out loud. What I realized and will talk about is how quality is not perfection; it is simply... caring. And caring sounds very much like you, not that perfect wording that your agent wrote.
