DESCRIPTION:Standardizing Kubernetes sounds straightforward — until diff
erent clouds\, regulations\, teams\, and operational models start collidin
 g.\n\nIn this session\, I’ll share lessons learned building a reusable H
elm-based platform used across 4 cloud providers and 5 countries in financ
ial environments. We’ll explore how readiness probes\, affinity rules\,
and topology spread constraints helped improve reliability\, but also wher
 e standardization created friction\, unexpected operational challenges\, a
nd cultural resistance.\n\nThis talk is less about “perfect Kubernetes
” and more about the real engineering trade-offs behind platform consist
ency\, resiliency\, and scaling DevOps practices across distributed teams.
