π Talk (30 minutes)
Talks based on real experiences, technical or organizational learnings, and cases applied in real production environments. Includes time for Q&A.

Hands-on sessions focused on active learning, guided exercises, or hands-on implementation. The goal is for attendees to leave with something concrete they can apply right away.

For speakers traveling from outside Lima, please reach out to the organizing team through the website to coordinate logistical support based on availability.
π Review and Selection Process
Proposals will be evaluated by the organizing committee through a collaborative process.
During selection we will consider:
- Quality and clarity of the proposal
- Technical or strategic relevance
- Demonstrated experience in the topic
- Potential impact for the audience
- Alignment with the event tracks
- Overall agenda balance
Our goal is to build a technically and professionally high-caliber agenda, combining experienced voices with diverse perspectives from the LATAM technology ecosystem.
π± Original and Relevant Content
We aim to offer a fresh agenda for the community.
During evaluation we may prioritize proposals that have not been presented recently at other DevOpsDays or similar technology events in Latin America.
It's not required that the talk be completely new, but we value evolved or updated versions with new learnings.
π₯ Speakers and Co-speakers
- Each proposal may include a maximum of one co-speaker (up to 2 people presenting).
- All participants must actively contribute to the content of the talk.

During review we may consult public professional information to better understand the speaker's context and experience.
We suggest having an updated LinkedIn profile or other public professional profile before submitting your proposal.
